Please note that the guarantee / warranty is 'Return to Base' (RTB). The cost to return the goods to us and the delivery back of the goods are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Please also note that the guarantee / warranty will be void if the vehicle is not serviced in line with the servicing policy, or if the vehicle is used outside of its guidelines. For example, electric vehicles are for DRY USE ONLY.

Unless selecting the 'Assembly & PDI' option, this product will be supplied in boxed (basic kit form) for home assembly.

Depending on work rate, the assembly will generally take 2-3 hours. All of the more difficult parts such as the engine installment and electrics are already pre-assembled at the factory. The basic assembly required is comprised of the larger items such as the front wheel, handlebars and front shock absorber. 

Whilst generally described as basic assembly, for safety purposes we strongly recommend that the assembly and pre ride safety testing (also known as PDI) is carried out by an experienced mechanic / technician that is competent to work on motorcycles and carry out basic adjustments if needed. For example - carburetor set up and adjustment.
