Failure to service the machine in accordance with this requirement will void the warranty.

The road legal warranty does not cover off road use.

Full warranties are only applicable if a P.D.I. (Pre-Delivery Inspection) is carried out either by ourselves or a reputable Dealer.  Therefore, you must either purchase the machine fully assembled from us (which includes a full P.D.I. or you may purchase in a crated form (some assembly required) and have a local Dealer/shop assemble and P.D.I. for you.  In the case of the latter and in the event of a later claim, proof of the P.D.I. will be required.

If you wish to purchase, assemble and P.D.I. yourself; the only warranty we can offer is 3 months on returned faulty parts.

The maximum claim limit is £750.  The policy is also limited to a mechanical breakdown of each covered part on only one occasion during the period of cover.
